Oak Ridge Nissan's Minimal Personal Contact (MPC) Sales & Service Program
We have put in place some policies and procedures to ensure that our customers can still shop in confidence during this time. For the MPC Sales & Service program to best take care of you, we request that you help us keep you safe by following the steps listed below.
Sales- Call us Direct at (865) 482-5489
1) Call us direct to schedule a viewing of your interested vehicle with one of our Sales Professionals.
2) 30 minutes before your arrival, our Team will have the vehicle sanitized with chemicals known to kill the Coronavirus, and have it ready for your arrival.
3) Hand sanitizer is readily available at our entrances for your convenience, as well as steering wheel covers, and/or latex gloves.
4) To help insure minimal contact with our employees and customers, you will be provided a private area that is sanitized after every customer's paperwork is completed, where you can finalize your deal with confidence.
5) Vehicle will once again be prepped for delivery, and sanitized once more just before delivery.

1) Call us direct to schedule a service visit with one of our Service Professionals.
2) Our Team will have the vehicle sanitized with chemicals known to kill the Coronavirus, and have it ready before you leave.
3) Hand sanitizer is readily available at our entrances for your convenience, as well as steering wheel covers, and/or latex gloves.
4) Upon completion of the service of your vehicle, you will complete your paperwork in a sanitized area with our cashier.
5) Take delivery of your vehicle. Sanitized once more.
